In this post you will see three different detailed recipes, one is potato curry or gravy, second puri and banana raita. For making this quick vrat ki thali mainly we have used two different flours one is kuttu flour and singhara flour, boiled potatoes, curd, banana and some other spices. All the three things are very simple but tastes really awesome. Usually during the fasting days our body needs vitamins, minerals and other nutrients so this is one best to make for fast.

You can make this complete meal any time during the day because it don’t requires much time to prepare. Ingredients for Vrat ki Thali:

1.25 Cup Kuttu Flour.
¼ Cup Singhara Flour.
1 Cup Curd or Yogurt.
5-6 Small Boiled Potatoes.
1 Banana.
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder.
1 Pinch Cardamom Powder.
½ tsp Cumin Seeds.
1 Finely Chopped Green Chilli.
1 Inch Finely Chopped Ginger.
1 ½ tsp Powdered Sugar.
Some Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
Sendha Namak or Rock Salt as per taste.
1 tbsp Oil or Ghee for Potato Gravy.
Oil for frying puris.

How to Make Vrat ki Thali:

Step 1.

First of all put powdered sugar in curd and keep aside, now take both the flours in a big bowl then grate one potato in flour then add in some sendha namak and mix well.

Step 2.

Now put some water in flour mixture and knead dough from it and keep aside, now heat oil in a pan, chop the boiled potatoes in small pieces, when oil gets heated add in cumin seeds, black pepper powder, ginger, green chillies and mix well.

Step 3.

Now add in potatoes and mix well with all the spices, now add in salt, coriander leaves and again mix well and cook for little time then turn the heat off and keep the potato gravy covered aside.

Step 4.

Now for making puri make small balls from dough then roll it on dry flour and roll out the small size of puri, make all the puris ready similarly.

Step 5.

Now heat oil in kadai for frying puris, when oil gets heated put puris in for frying and fry till become light golden brown and take out in a plate, fry all the puris similarly.

Step 6.

Now for making riata take the curd and mix well as we added powdered sugar in step 1, now add in chopped banana and cardamom powder and mix well, so raita is also ready.

Step 7.

Now take a thali and put potato gravy, puri and riata and serve the delicious fasting food and enjoy.
