They are first making tacos shell, second making stuffing, third making uncooked salsa and last but not least making salad. Ingredients used to make this vegetarian tacos are cooked kidney beans or rajma beans, all purpose flour, corn flour, some vegetables, tomato ketchup and some other spices.

Ingredients for Veg Tacos:

For Tacos Shell:

50 gm All Purpose Flour.
50 gm Corn Flour.
1/8 tsp Red Chilli Powder or Chilli Flakes.
½ tsp Oregano.
1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder.
Salt as per taste.
1 tbsp Oil.

For Stuffing:

100 gm Cooked Rajma or Kidney Beans.
3 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
3 tbsp Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic.
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup.
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
Salt as per taste.
2 tbsp Oil.

For Uncooked Salsa:

2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves.
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup.
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder or Chilli Flakes.
Salt as per taste.

For Salad:

2 tbsp Thinly Chopped Cabbage.
2 tbsp Thinly Chopped Onions.
2 tbsp Thinly Chopped Capsicum.
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves.
Salt as per taste.

How to Make Veg Tacos:

Step 1.

First of all for making tacos shell take all purpose flour and corn flour in a bowl then add in salt, red chilli powder or chilli flakes, oil, turmeric powder, oregano and water as per required.

Step 2.

Knead a dough like of puri from all the ingredients, after making dough keep covered aside for 10 minutes to set, after 10 minutes make small sizes of balls from dough.

Step 3.

Now take a dough balls and roll it like a puri then make dots on it using folk spoon so it will not bloom while frying, make all the puris and fry in medium hot oil till get nicely cooked from both sides.

Step 4.

Now take a hot puri in clean cloth and put on rolling pin and give shape of tacos shell, do this will all puris then put all the shells in an air tight container so you can use any time you want.

Step 5.

For making stuffing heat oil in a kadai then add in onions, garlic and saute both for little time, now add in tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder and saute all the spices well for little time.

Step 6.

Now add in tomato ketchup, cooked rajma beans and smash it with potato smasher then add in about 2-3 tbsp water and cook the stuffing for 2-3 minutes, after 2-3 minutes take out the stuffing in a bowl and keep aside.

Step 7.

Now for making uncooked salsa take a bowl and add in finely chopped tomatoes, onions, chilli flakes or chilli powder, tomato ketchup and coriander leaves, now mix all the ingredients well and uncooked salsa is ready.

Step 8.

Now for making salad take thinly chopped onions, capsicum, cabbage, coriander leaves in a bowl then add in little salt and mix well, salad is also ready.

Step 9.

Now for assembling veg tacos, take tacos shell then first put uncooked salsa in it then put little stuffing, now add some tomato ketchup and finally put some salad on it, assemble all the veg tacos similarly and serve.
