Ingredients for Veg Seekh Kebab:

¼ Cup Boiled Beans.
3 tbsp Shredded Carrots.
3 tbsp Boiled Corns.
1 Cup Boiled and Mashed Potatoes.
3 tbsp Finely Chopped Capsicum.
¼ Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves.
¼ Cup Fresh Mint Leaves.
1 Cup Boiled and Crushed Soya Beans.
1 Medium Size Finely Chopped Onions.
Sugar as per taste.
1 tsp Ginger Paste.
1 tsp Garlic Paste.
1 tsp Green Chilli Paste.
1 tsp Garam Masala.
1 tbsp Lemon Juice.
1 tsp Amchur Powder.
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder.
Salt as per taste.
2 tbsp Oil.

How to Make Veg Seekh Kebab:

Step 1.

First of all heat oil in pan then saute onions, ginger-garlic-chilli paste for little time saute well.

Step 2.

Now add in all the dry masalas or powder and mix well then add in boiled and crushed soya beans.

Step 3.

Now add in all the vegetables and mix well and saute for few minutes.

Step 4.

Once the mixture is cooked transfer into a mixing bowl also add in boiled potatoes, coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, lemon juice and mix well.

Step 5.

Now add in bread crums and again mix well, now make a ball from mixture and insert into skewer and give shape.

Step 6.

Now grease the kebabs with oil and roast on gas flame, rotate in between making sure all sides are roasted evenly then serve with the delicious veg seekh kebab with green mint chutney.
