Vegetable burger is really very simple and easy to make as well as requires very less time to cook is well. For making this healthy Indian burger recipe first of all patties are prepared from all the veggies and spices then roasted in little bit of oil, then after bun is also roasted and finally indian style veg burger is assembled in a stylish way.

You can use any kind of bun you like for burgers and you can also add vegetables of your choice is well. Bread crums are used in this recipe for making patties crunchy and cheese for more taste f you like cheese then you can add more cheese also. Ingredients for Veg Burger:

1 Cup Boiled and Mashed Potatoes.
¼ Cup Blenched Capsicum.
¼ Cup Frozen Green Peas Little Blenched.
¼ Cup Blenched Carrot.
¼ Cup Little Chopped Corn Kernels.
1 Burger Bun.
½ tsp Chaat Masala.
¼ tsp Black Pepper.
Some Mix Herbs.
Some Mayonnaise.
Bread Crums Made for 1 Bread.
3 Slices of Cucumber.
3 Slices of Tomato.
2 Leaves of Cabbage.
Some Tomato Ketchup.
Butter.
3 Slices of Cheese.
Salt According to taste.
Oil for roasting.

How to Make Veg Burger:

Step 1.

First of all take a big mixing bowl then put potatoes, corn, carrots, green peas, capsicum, chaat masala, black pepper, salt in bowl and mix well then add some bread crums and again mix well.

Step 2.

Now make patties from the mixture, make little bigger size patties, from entire mixture quantity you can make 3 patties.

Step 3.

Now heat oil in pan, put bread crums in plate and spread, now roll the patties on bread crums and put on pan for roasting, roast both the sides till become nice golden brown then take out in plate, remove the left oil from pan.

Step 4.

With the help of knife cut the burger bun from centre into two parts horizontally, now roast the burger bun in same pan for few seconds then take out in a plate.

Step 5.

Now apply little butter on burger bun, apply butter evenly then sprinkle little herbs on lower part, now apply tomato ketchup, put one leave of cabbage on tomato ketchup then put 1 patties, now put slices of tomato and cucumber on patties then put 1 cheese slice on it.

Step 6.

Now apply mayonnaise on upper part of burger bun, apply it evenly then sprinkle some herbs on it, finally put this on cheese slice and the yummy veg burger is ready to serve.
