Ingredients for Shahi Tukda:

250 ml Milk.
1 tbsp Sugar.
1 tbsp Milk Powder.
3 Bread Slices Cut in Round Shape.
1 Thread Sugar Syrup.
1 tsp Chopped Almonds.
1 tbsp Dry Raisins.
1 tsp Magajtari Seeds.
Pinch of Poppy Seeds.
1/8 tsp Cardamom Powder.
Ghee for frying.
4 Rose Leaves.

How to Make Shahi Tukda:

Step 1.

First of all for making rabri take milk in pan then add in milk powder, sugar and mix both well with milk, now turn the gas on and add in cardamom powder and cook it till mixture become thick.

Step 2.

When mixture becomes thick turn the heat off and take out rabri in a bowl, now heat ghee in a kadai and fry bread slices till become nice golden brown then dip the fried slices in sugar syrup and take out.

Step 3.

Now put the bread slices in a serving plate the put rabri on every slices, now put almonds, raisins, magajtari seeds, poppy seeds on rabri and finally garnish with rose leaves and serve the delicious shahi tukda.
