Ingredients for Rava Pakoda:

150 gm Sooji or Semolina.
4 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Cabbage.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Capsicum.
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies.
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
3 tbsp Curd or Yogurt.
1 tsp Dry Coriander Seeds.
½ tsp Cooking Soda.
Salt as per taste.
Oil for Frying.
Tomato Ketchup for Serving.

How to Make Rava Pakoda:

Step 1.

First of all take a big mixing bowl then add in sooji, onions, cabbage, coriander leaves, capsicum, green chillies, dry coriander seeds, ginger garlic paste, salt, curd and mix all things well.

Step 2.

Now add in cooking soda and water as per required and make batter from it, keep the batter aside for 5-7 minutes to set.

Step 3.

Now heat oil in a kadai, when oil gets heated make small pakodas from batter and put in oil for frying, fry the pakodas till become nice golden brown then take out in a serving plate and serve with tomato ketchup.
