Ingredients for Raj Kachori:

For Kachori:

1 Cup Semolina or Sooji.
Salt as per taste.
1 ½ tbsp Oil.
Oil for frying Kachori.

For Stuffing:

2 Medium Size Boiled Potatoes.
Boiled Black Gram as per required.
Boiled Sprout Moong Beans as per required.
Dahi Bhalla as per required.
Green Chutney as per required.
Dates Tamarind Sweet Chutney as per required.
Whipped Sweet Curd as per required.
Masala Peanuts as per required.
Garlic Chutney as per required.
1 tsp Chaat Masala.
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder.
Pomegranate Grains as per required.
Besan Sev as per required.
Rock Salt as per taste.
Some Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.

How to Make Raj Kachori:

Step 1.

First of all for making kachori take semolina or sooji in a bowl then add in oil and mix well, now add in salt and water as per required and make soft dough from it, put the dough aside for 5 minutes to set.

Step 2.

After 5 minutes make medium size balls from dough then roll out them little bigger, now fry all the kachoris in hot oil till become light golden brown so the kachoris are ready.

Step 3.

Now put one semolina kachori in a plate and make little space at centre of it then mash the boiled potatoes with hands well and put into the kachori, now put some black gram and some sprout moong beans.

Step 4.

Now put one dahi bhalla the pour some whipped sweet curd on it, now put some green chutney, Dates tamarind chutney, garlic chutney, masala peanuts, now again put some curd, green chutney, Dates tamarind chutney and some masala peanuts.

Step 5.

Now sprinkle some rock salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and finally put some pomegranates grains and garnish with some coriander leaves and serve immediately.
