From the starting of the morning till evening samosas are available, but samosas from street foods shops and carts are not healthy as we don’t know how they make and ingredients used are fresh or not so it is better to make at home. This quick papad samosa can be prepared in just quick time with very few simple ingredients. Ingredients for Papad Samosa:

2 Boiled Potatoes.
3 Urad Dal Pappadums.
50 Grams Finely Chopped Cabbage.
2 tsp All Purpose Flour Slurry.
2 tsp Garlic Chilli Paste.
½ tsp Turmeric Powder.
½ tsp Mustard Seeds.
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves.
½ tsp Garam Masala.
Salt according to taste.
1 tbsp Oil.
Oil for deep frying.

How to Make Papad Samosa:

Step 1.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a nonstick pan, add in mustard seeds and wait till it stats slathering then add in garlic chilli paste and cook t little.

Step 2.

Now add in turmeric powder, garam masala and boiled potatoes and mix well then add cabbage and again mix all the things well.

Step 3.

Now add in salt and mix well, cook the mixture for 2 minutes at medium low heat, after 2 minutes add in coriander leaves, mix well and take it out in a bowl and let it cool for few minutes.

Step 4.

Take all the pappadums and cut them in equal sizes of strips, with this make all purpose flour slurry, for that take little flour in bowl add in pinch of salt and water as per need and mix well.

Step 5.

Take one pappadum strip in hand and apply little water on it, don’t apply much water, now apply all purpose flour slurry on one end of the strip and make cone shape.
Put little potato mixture in cone and make the samosa by folding it and seal it nicely so mixture don’t come out while frying.

Step 6.

Fry the samosas in little hot oil till become light golden brown, don’t fry them much otherwise they’ll not taste good.
Take them out in a serving plate and serve with green chutney and enjoy.
