This is really very simple and easy to make Indian main course recipe plus requires very less time to cook is well. Mainly this quick oil free aloo paratha is prepared from roasted potatoes, whole wheat flour, tomato, spicy green chillies and some other spices. You can prepare this for morning breakfast or lunch or dinner and serve with any kind of chutney or curries or a hot cup of tea. Making oil free parathas is a good option to start your day as they are not fatty or unhealthy and gives a good punch of nutrients. It is also can be served as a side dish and there is not necessary to have something with it as it also tastes alone.

Ingredients for Oil Free Aloo Paratha:

500 gm Roasted Potatoes.
250 gm Whole Wheat Flour.
1 Medium Tomato.
2 Hot Chillies.
Some Fresh Coriander Leaves.
1 tbsp Roasted and Coarsely Crushed Cumin Seeds (add little salt while crushing cumin seeds).
1 Inch Chopped Ginger.
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
Salt to taste.

How to Make Oil Free Aloo Paratha:

Step 1.

First of all take wheat flour in a big bowl then add in salt and water as needed, knead soft dough from it and keep aside.

Step 2.

Now chop the green chillies, ginger, tomato finely and keep aside, now remove the skin of roasted potatoes and chop them roughly.

Step 3.

Now put all the chopped ingredients in a big bowl then add in red chilli powder, crushed cumin seeds, salt and mix well, stuffing is ready.

Step 4.

Now make small balls from kneaded dough then roll out all the balls in same size of rotis, now take one roti and apply little oil then sprinkle some dry flour and put another roti, again apply some oil on this roti, sprinkle flour and put another roti on it and apply little oil and sprinkle some dry flour and make roll of it.

Step 5.

Now cut the roll in two equal parts, now take one part and roll out roti from it then put some stuffing at the centre and combine all edges at one place and again roll it and make aloo paratha, make all the aloo parathas ready similarly.

Step 6.

Now put a grill on charcoal then roast the paratha on charcoal till get cooked nicely from both sides, take out the delicious oil free aloo paratha in a serving plate and serve with a hot cup of tea and enjoy.
