250 gm Kaju.
1 tbsp black pepper powder.
Salt to taste.
Oil for Frying.
Methos of Making Mashala Kaju.
Devide each kaju in one by two from it’s joint.
In very low hot Oil fry your Kaju for 8-10 minutes or until become light brown.
Sprinkle Black Pepper powder and slat on it, mix it nicely. Our Yummy Masala Kaju is ready. Store it in a air tight Jar or box and consume it for few weeks.
