Ingredients for Kuler Laddu:
200 gm Millet Flour.
80 gm Ghee.
80 gm Jaggery.
50 gm Sweet Khoya.
1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder.
How to Make Kuler Laddu:
First of all take millet flour in a bowl the grate jaggery and add to flour, now mix jaggery and flour well with hands.
Now add in sweet khoya and dry ginger powder and mix well then add in ghee (you can add more or less ghee as per required) and mix well.
Now make laddu from flour mixture of any shape as you like and enjoy.
