In this curry I have change its method and make it very easy and simple recipe of Restaurant style Kadai Paneer, in this recipe you will get the same taste as well as you will get in any Indian Restaurant or Dhaba and save lots of money. If you are cooking Kadia paneer for 20 or more people than you will save $ 16 or Rs. 1000 and no one going to believe that you cook this curry at home.

Paneer Cooked in Red Indian Gravy

Chop Capsicum & Onions.

Step-1
Copped Capsicum in to the cube shape and then divide onion ¼ and separate every leaves or layer of it.

Kadai paneer step-2 make onion and tomato gravy.Step-2

Heat Oil.

Add Chopped Onions and Tomatoes.

Now Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder(2 tsp), Salt and Sugar.

Stir it very well.

Add the Garlic and Ginger Paste and Mix it.

Cook it for 5-7 min.

Make Gravy for kadai paneer recipe.

Cool it down and Make puree from 80% of it. (Infect save 20% for latter use).

Kadai Paneer step-2 heat oil

Heat Oil and add Cardamoms.

Step-3

Heat Oil in a Pan.

Then add the Cardamoms.

Make Curry by adding Curry and spices.

Then add Onion & Tomato Curry.( 20% that we have saved).

Immediately add the Red Chili Powder, Kasuri Methi or Dried Fenugreek Leaves and Kitchen King or Garam Masala.

Stir it very well.

Add Capsicum and onions.

Then add the Onion & Capsicums.

Again stir it very well.

Add gravy in to the kadai paneer.

Add gravy in to the kadai paneer.

Now add the Gravy. Mix it very well and cook it for 1-2 mins.

Then add the Gravy and very little water.

Cook it for 1-2 mins.

Add Paneer Cubes and again mix it.

Cook it for further 2-3 mins.

Cooking Kadai Paneer Subzi recipe

Add cream in to the kadai paneer.

Now Add the Cream (single or double fat).

Cook it for further 5-7 min.

Squeeze ½ Lemon (optional).

Add some freshly chopped coriander leaves and Turn the heat off.

Serve it hot with Butter Naan, Paratha or Chapati.

  • 200 gms Paneer Cubes.
  • 200 gms Onion.
  • 200 gms Tomatoes.
  • 1 Capsicum.
  • 1 Small Onion.
  • 2 tsp Garlic & Ginger Paste.
  • 4 tbsp Oil.
  • 4 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • 5 Cardamoms.
  • 1 tbsp Kitchen King Masala or Garam Masala.
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Cream.
  • 1 tsp Sugar.
  • Some Dried Fenugreek leaves. ( Kasuri Methi).
  • ½ Lemon.
  • Salt to Taste.
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.
Instructions

Notes
For the better taste make Onion & Tomato Curry.
Use Kitchen King Masala.

Never fry paneer.
