Mainly this gujarati fast food is prepared from all purpose flour, boiled potatoes, different kind of chutneys and some spices. And all the required ingredients to make this quick ghughara are very simple and commonly available at grocery shops and super markets. You can make this for your breakfast or as a tea time snacks and enjoy with your friends and family.

It is better to make it at home because homemade foods are more healthier and fresh than the street foods or restaurants. Ingredients for Ghughara:

1 Cup All Purpose Flour Dough.
4 Boiled Potatoes.
½ tsp Black Salt.
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
1 tbsp Roasted Cumin and Fennel Seeds.
Salt according to taste.
1 tsp Chaat Masala.
Jaggery and Tamarind Chutney as per required.
Green Chutney as per required.
Garlic Chutney as per required.
Aloo Sev as per required.
Masala Peanuts as per required.
Sweet Curd as per required.
Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.
Oil for deep frying.

How to Make Ghughara:

Step 1.

First of all put boiled potatoes in bowl then add in chaat masala, black salt, roasted cumin and fennel seeds, red chilli powder and salt.
Mix all the things well and mash the potatoes nicely to make potato stuffing.

Step 2.

Now take all purpose flour dough and roll out puris from it, now take one puri and put around 1 tsp potato stuffing at centre, now fold the puri in moon shape and seal it nicely, make all the ghughara this way.

Step 3.

Now heat oil in pan, when oil gets heated fry the ghugharas till become light golden brown at medium flame then take out in paper napkin.

Step 4.

Now put ghughra in a serving plate and with the help of spoon make little space in them, then put little jaggery tamarind chutney, green chutney, garlic chutney, curd, masala peanuts, aloo sev in the space and garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy.
