How to make Fafda?

  • To make FAFDA make smooth and gluey dough by adding Water, Gathiya Na Soda, Oil and Salt in the Chickpeas Flour or Besan. Knead it until it became elastic and unbreakable.
  • Heat Oil.
  • Take a Wood and take little dough at a tome.
  • Put FAFDA dough on one and and Press it with Palm and Make a Thin Dough sheet.
  • Run knife under it to separate and Fry at a very medium hot oil to make soft Fafda.
  • Serve with Raw Papaya Chutney, Sweet Papaya Chutney and Fried Green Chillies.
