This bhel is really very simple and easy to make plus requires very less time to cook is well. Mainly it is prepared from fried noodles chopped cabbage, capsicum, onions, carrots and some sauces and spices. Some people used buffed to make chinese bhel but here we have used fried noodles and it really gives a nice crunchy taste that’s makes everyone satisfied their taste bud. One thing you have to remember that add fried noodles just before serving because it will become soggy quickly and taste not good.

Ingredients for Easy Chinese Bhel:

For Bhel:

Fried Noodles as per required.
3 tbsp Thinly Chopped Cabbage.
3 tbsp Thinly Chopped Capsicum.
3 tbsp Thinly Chopped Onions.
3 tbsp Thinly Chopped Carrot.
2-3 Drops of Orange Food Colour.
1 Pinch of Ajinomoto.
Salt as per taste.
1 tbsp Oil.
Some chopped cabbage, onion, carrot and capsicum for salad.

For Bhel Sauce:

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup.
1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce.
1 tbsp Vinegar.
1 tsp Soy Sauce.
1 tsp Sugar.
1 tbsp Oil.

How to Make Easy Chinese Bhel:

Step 1.

First of all heat oil in a non stick kadai, when oil gets hot add in ginger garlic paste and saute nicely then add in tomato ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.

Step 2.

Now add in 2-3 tbsp water and cook till it starts boiling, when it starts boiling turn the heat off, bhel sauce is ready.

Step 3.

Now heat oil in a kadai then add in chopped cabbage, capsicum, carrots, onions and mix well then add in ajinomoto, salt, orange food colour and mix well.

Step 4.

Cook veggies for little time then immediately add in sauce because if you cook veggies for more time then they will become soft and not taste good.

Step 5.

After adding bhel sauce cook it for 1 minute then turn the heat off and let the bhel cool for some time, when it become cool put friend noodles in and mix well and serve.
After adding fried noodles serve the bhel immediately with salad otherwise noodles will become soft and not taste good.
