All the paneer recipes like palak paneer curry, kadhai paneer, paneer butter masala, shahi paneer have their unique specialty and ingredient.  It is hard to make kids eat spinach, so regarding kids in my mind; I wanted to make something different that can be loved by kids to adults.

Whether it is all night party, birthday bash or any special occasion, it will become shine of your enjoyment. Palak and paneer is the nutritious combination that could be eaten at any day. It consists spinach, paneer, gram flour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste and red chili powder. The outer cottage of gram and rice flour gives a perfect crispiness to this dish and inside filling of paneer and palak gives a soft, smooth taste to the pakodas.

For the quick, fix time, it is a quick, fix dish.  With some pudina chutney or tomato sauce, it will goes well, but palak paneer pakoda served with tea is the best. It is also a worthy accompanion for roti, curry and salad.

Ingredients for Best Palak Paneer Pakora:

3 Large Potatoes Boiled and Mashed.
2 Cups Gram Flour.
3 tbsp Grated Paneer.
½ Cup Chopped Palak or Spinach.
3 tbsp Fresh Bread Crums.
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves.
2 tbsp Chaat Masala.
2 tbsp Corn Flour.
1 tbsp Cream.
3 tbsp Chopped Mix Nuts of Your Choice.
Pinch of Baking Soda.
Pinch of Asafoetida.
Salt to Taste.

How to Make Palak Paneer Pakora:

Step 1.

For outer layer of pakora, in a big mixing bowl add gram flour, salt to taste, pinch of soda, pinch of asafoetida and water.
Now mix it well, make sure that there should be no lumps, make nice batter and keep aside.

Step 2.

For inner part of pakora, add cream to the mix nuts, mix well and keep aside, now take another big mixing bowl add potatoes, paneer, bread crums, corn flour, salt, spinach, chaat masala and coriander leaves.

Step 3.

Now mix all the ingredients well and make nice mixture, take little mixture in hand make thick layer stuff little nuts mixture at centre, fold it and make ball shape pakora (If you are not able to bind balls then add more boiled and mashed potatoes), make all the pakoras ready this way.

Step 4.

Heat oil for deep frying pakoras, mix gram flour batter well, dip the pakoras in batter and directly put in oil for deep frying, fry the pakoras until become light golden brown.
Take them out in a serving plate and garnish with chaat masala, pepper powder and red chilli powder (You can also avoid if you don’t like) and serve with tomato ketchup.
