Ingredients for Besan Masala Rolls:

For Rolls:

1 Cup Gram Flour.
1 tbsp Garlic Chilli Paste.
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
1/8 tsp Asafoetida.
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder.
Salt as per taste.
Oil as per required.

For Masala:

50 gm Finely Chopped Onions.
50 gm Grated Dry Coconut.
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds.
1 tsp Garlic Chilli Paste.
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
¼ tsp Garam Masala.
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder.
1 tbsp Dry Raisins.
1 tbsp Cashew Nuts.
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
Salt as per taste.
½ tsp Sugar. (Optional)
1 tbsp Oil.
Some Fresh Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.

How to Make Besan Masala Rolls:

Step 1.

First of all for making masala heat oil in a pan then add in onions and cook it till become light golden brown.

Step 2.

Now add in garlic chilli paste and saute for little time then add in sesame seeds and saute it also for little time or till stats splutter.

Step 3.

Now add in grated fry coconut and mix well with onions and cook it for little time, now lower the flame and add in turmeric powder, salt, sugar, garam masala, red chilli powder, cashew nuts, dry raisins.     

Step 4.

Now mix all the spices well then turn the heat off and put some chopped coriander leaves and take out the masala in a bowl and keep aside to cool.

Step 5.

Now for making besan rolls take a bowl and add in gram flour, asafoetida, salt, coriander leaves, garlic chilli paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and water as per required.

Step 6.

Now mix all the things well and make thin batter from it, consistency of batter should be like you can make cheela out of it.

Step 7.

Now heat a non stick tawa then put some batter on it and spread it like dosa, it must be thin as like of dosa, now put some oil at the edges and cook it both sides well then take out in a plate, make all the besan cheela similarly.

Step 8.

Now for assembling first take one besan cheela then put about 1 to 1 ½ tbsp masala or stuffing on it, spread it equally then make roll of it and cut into 1-2 inch rolls, make all the besan masala rolls ready similarly.
Now put all the besan masala rolls in a serving plate and garnish with some fresh coriander leaves and serve.
