As being gujarati I personally like the rotla and we cook this flat bread almost every day in our home. In village areas of gujarat people like to have rotla with ghee and jaggery and it really tastes awesome.

Rotlas are also made from bajra, jowar or nachni flour or with combination of both flours. One thing you have to remember that make rotlas as soon as your dough is kneaded because dough tends to harden quickly. 100 gm Millet Flour.
Water as per required.

How to Make Rotla:

Step 1.

First of all take millet flour in a big bowl or utensil then add in water as per required.

Step 2.

Mix water and flour well and knead nice dough from it.

Step 3.

Now take some dough in hand and roll it with the help of palm then cook both sides on tawa or mud vessel called tavdi.
