Recipe of Yogurt Curry. 
Prep Time: 10 minutes.
Cooking Time: 10 minutes.

Ingredients/Spices or Seasonings.

  1. Methi Leaves (of 1 Bunch Methi or Fenugreek).
  2. 2 Chopped Bananas or Kela.
  3. 2  Medium size finely chopped Green Chillies. 
  4. 1 tbsp Garlic Slices. 
  5. 2 tbsp Oil.
  6. 1/2 tsp Red Chili Pepper Powder.
  7. 1 Mustard Seeds.
  8. Salt to Taste.

How to Cook or Cooking Methods. 

How To Cook Curry.
  1. Heat oil in a pan. 
  2. Than add the Mustard Seeds.
  3. Garlic Slices.
  4. When Mustard Seeds started slattering add the Methi or Fenugreek Leaves.
  5. Stir Fry it for 1 to 2 minutes on a medium low heat.
  6. Add the Salt and Bananas. 
  7. Again mix this well and cover it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Now add the Red Chilli Powder and cook it for a minute.
  9. This Healthy and Delicious Curry or Subji is ready to serve.
  10. Serve it hot with Parath's or Roti's.
