Recipe of Mutter Paneer Curry. 
Prep Time: 50 minutes.
Cooking Time: 25 minutes.
Cooking Level: Easy.
Serving: 9 to 10.

Ingredients/Spices or Seasonings.

  1. 750 Grams Chopped Onions.
  2. 250 Grasm Green Peas or Mutter/Matter/Mutter/Matar or Vatana.
  3. 250 Grams Paneer Cubs.
  4. 500 Grams Tomatoes.
  5. 250 finely chopped onions. 
  6. 250 Grams Chopped Tomatoes.
  7. 20 Gram Poppy Seeds or Khaskhas.
  8. 20 Grams Sesame Seeds. 
  9. Oil.
  10. 1 tbsp Garlic & Ginger Paste.
  11. 3 tsp Red Chili Pepper Powder.
  12. 2 tsp Turmeric Powder.
  13. 2 Chopped Green Chillies.
  14. 1 tsp Punjabi Garam Masala. 
  15. 2 Bay Leaves.
  16. 1 tsp Sugar(optional).
  17. Fresh Cream.
  18. Some Coriander Leaves.
  19. Salt to Taste.

Boiling Onions for Indian Punjabi Curry
How to make Secret Gravy.

  1. Soak Poppy Seeds, Sesame Seeds and Tomatoes into the Hot Bubbling Water.
  2. Heat half Jug of water in a pan and boil onions for 10 to 15 min with 1 tsp Turmeric Powder see photo above.
  3. For at Least 20 min.
  4. Make a thick paste of Sesame and Poppy Seeds by adding little water in Blender/Food Processor.
  5. Remove the skin and seeds of the Tomatoes and Blend it.
  6. Remove the excess water from the onions and make a puree.
  7. Now mix Onion Puree, Poppy and Sesame Seeds paste all to gather.
  8. Mix this very well.

Cooking Gravy for Indian Punjabi Curries
  1. Heat 2 tbsp Oil in to the pan.(see photo above).
  2. Add 2 Bay leaves.
  3. Now put the Gravy.
  4. Stir it continuously.
  5. After 10 min add 1 tsp Ginger/ Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder and 1 tsp Sugar(optional).
  6. cook it for further 10 min.
  7. Keep it aside.
Make Onion and Tomato Curry.

Onion & Tomato Curry
  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
  2. add finely chopped onions & Tomatoes.
  3. Green Chillies.
  4. add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt.
  5. Cook it for 10 min.
  6. Keep it aside.
How To Cook Curry.
  1. Heat oil in a pan. 
  2. Than add the 1 cup Onion & Tomato Curry.
  3. Stir it for 20 to 30 seconds.
  4. Add 1 cup Secret Gravy.
  5. Now add the half Glass of water and Green Peas or Matar, Red Chilli Powder, Salt and 1/4 tsp of Punjabi Garam Masala.
  6. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on a medium low heat.
  7. Now add the Paneer Cubs and Fresh Cream.
  8. Cook it for further 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Add Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  10. Stir it and Garnish it with Coriander Leave and Cream as Garnish in the above photo of Matter Paneer Subzi.
  11. Serve this Delicious looking curry with Maski Paratha or OYE Naan Bread Recipes of your choice.
