Ingredients/Spices or Seasonings.

  1. 1 Cup Radish Slices or Mooli or Muda/Mura.
  2. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - Hali-Hardar.
  3. 2 chopped Green Chillies.  
  4. 1 tbsp Oil.
  5. 1 Mustard Seeds.
  6. Salt to Taste.

How to Cook or Cooking Methods. 

How To Cook Stir Fried Radish Salad?
  1. Heat oil in a pan. 
  2. Than add the Mustard Seeds.
  3. When Mustard Seeds started slatering add the Turmeric Powder and immediately add Radish(Mooli).
  4. Stir Fry it for 1 minute.
  5. Than add the Salt and Green Chillies. 
  6. Again mix this well.
  7. Now cover and cook it for 2 minutes on a medium low heat.
  8. Again Stir it so it can be cooked perfectly.
  9. Again Cover and cook it for further Two Minutes(2 min).
  10. It is ready to serve Garnish it with Chopped Green Chillies.
