  1. 150 Grams Dates.  
  2. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala.
  3. 1 tsp Coriander and Cumin Seeds Powder.
  4. Some Finely chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves.
  5. Salt to Taste.

How To Cook The Chutney.
  1. Remove the Seeds from Dates. 
  2. Heat one Glass Water in to the Pan.
  3. When Water started bubbling add Dates.
  4. Cover it.
  5. Cook it till the Water dry out.
  6. Turn the heat off.
  7. Now add 1/2 Glass of Cold Water.
  8. Add Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Salt and Blend it into the Food Processor.
  9. Now add the Fresh Coriander Leaves.
