  1. 500 Grams Grated Beetroots.
  2. 500 ml Milk.
  3. 175 grams Sugar.
  4. 1 tsp Cardamom Powder.
  5. and Cashew nuts for the Garnishing.

1 glass = 250 ml milk

How to Cook or Cooking Methods. 

How To Cook or Make The Halwa Indian Sweet or Dessert.
  1. Heat Milk in a Pan with lid. 
  2. When Milk started bubbling add the Grated Beetroots.
  3. Cover it for few minutes.
  4. You have to check it after every few minutes.
  5. When half Milk get reduced add the Sugar.
  6. Now you don't need to cover it.
  7. Stir it continuously so don't stick to the bottom of the Pan.
  8. When all the Milk get reduced cook it for 2 minutes on a very low heat.
  9. Than add the Cardamom Powder when all the moisture dried out and Mix it well.
  10.  Garnish it with Chopped Cashew nuts.
  11. Simple,Easy,Healthy and Delicious Halva is ready to serve.
