Recipe of Vegetarian Fritters. 
Prep Time: 5 minutes.
Cooking Time: 20 minutes.
Cooking Level: Easy.
Serving: 3 to 4.

Ingredients/Spices or Seasoning.

  1. 150 Grams Besan or Gram Flour.
  2. 1/2 tsp of Asofoetida.
  3. pinch of Baking Soda.
  4. Oil for deep frying.
  5. Salt to Taste.

  For Serving you will need.

  1. Dates Chutney (Recipe).

How to Cook or Cooking Methods. 

How to Cut Chilies.

  1. Cut the Chilies length wise. ( Two Parts From the Center ).
  2. Don't remove seeds. ( in traditional recipe we don't do that).
  3. Don't cut Stems.

How To Make Batter.
  1. Put the Besan or Gram Flour into the mixing bowl.
  2. Add Asofoetida.
  3. Salt.
  4. Baking Soda.
  5. Water as per requirement.
  6. Whisk and make a consistence and little thick Batter.
 How To Fry :
    1. Give a nice coating to the Chili of Batter.
    2. Put it into the Oil.
    3. Do the same with the remaining slices.
    4. You have to cook it half.
    5. Take it out raw.
    6. Give it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
    1. After resting again fry Fritter in to the very hot oil.
    2. Stir it continuously until they become Golden Brown.
    3. Take it out and Serve with the Dates Chutney.
