A Spicy Yogurt Curry Recipe is invented by Nikunj Vasoya 3 years ago.In this recipe of Curry you have to add few simple ingredients and Yogurt and it gives us as totally new flavor.This is a very easy recipe of Indian vegetarian Curry and all the ingredients are available in any Indian Kitchen very easily.This recipe is very healthy and delicious in taste.You can cook this pure vegan recipe for Lunch, Dinner or any special occasion.This is a new recipe which is recently added to the Indian cuisine.

Recipe of Yogurt Curry. 
Prep Time: 10 minutes.
Cooking Time: 20 minutes.
Cooking Level: Easy.
Serving: 7 to 8.

Ingredients/Spices or Seasonings.

  1. 700 Grams Yogurt.
  2. 150 Grams Crushed Salty Peanuts.
  3. 2  Medium size finely chopped onions.  
  4. 5 tsp Oil.
  5. 1 tsp Red Chili Pepper Powder.
  6. 1 Mustard Seeds.
  7. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala. 
  8. 1/2 tsp Secret Masala.
  9. Some Coriander Leaves.
  10. Salt to Taste.

  For Secret Masala you will need.

  1. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds.
  2. 8 tsp Coriander Seeds.
  3. 2 Bay Leaves.
  4. 5 Cloves.
  5. 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Corn.
  6. 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds or Ajwain Seeds.
  7. 1 Stick of Cinnamon ( 1 inch).
  8. 1 Star Anise.

How to Cook or Cooking Methods. 

How to make Secret Masala.
  1. Dry roast all the whole dry spices in a pan for 2 minutes on a medium low heat.
  2. After roasting spices give it rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Now Blend all the Spices in the Mixture Grinder (Food Processor) and make a fine Powder from it.
How To Cook Curry.
  1. Heat oil in a pan. 
  2. Than add the Mustard Seeds.
  3. When Mustard Seeds started slatering add the Onions.
  4. Stir Fry the onions until they become golden brown.
  5. Than add the Salt,Sugar and Red Chili Powder. 
  6. Again mix this well.
  7. Now add Garam Masala.
  8. Add the Secret Masala and mix this well.
  9. Now add Crushed Salty Peanuts.
  10. Again Mix this and stir it for 10 to 20 seconds.
  11. Now add the Yogurt and turn the heat off.
  12. Mix all the spices and yogurt very well.
  13. Than add some freshly chopped coriander leaves and garnish it in your own style or as garnished in the above photo of Spicy Yogurt Curry.
  14. Serve this Delicious looking curry with Maski Paratha or any other Indian Bread Recipes of your choice.
