A maski Paratha is a recipe of Paratha which is invented by Nikunj Vasoya 3 years ago.In this recipe of Paratha you have to add few simple ingredients into the flour and it gives us as totally new flavor.This is a very easy recipe of Paratha and all the ingredients are available in any Indian Kitchen very easily.

Recipe of Maski Paratha. 
Prep Time: 15 minutes.
Cooking Time: 30 minutes.
Cooking Level: Easy.
Serving: 4 to 5.

Ingredients/Spices or Seasonings.

  1. 200 Grams Wheat Flour.
  2. 100 Grams All Purpose Flour.
  3. 2  Medium size finely chopped onions.  
  4. 50 Grams Yogurt.
  5. 50 Grams Butter.
  6. 8 tsp Oil.
  7. 1 tablespoon Garlic slices.
  8. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
  9. 1 tsp Asofoetida. 
  10. 1 tsp Ginger Paste.
  11. Salt to Taste.

How to Cook or Cooking Methods.

  1. Add the All Purpose Flour( 70 grams) in to the Wheat Flour. 
  2. Than add the Ginger paste, Garlic Slices, Onions, Cumin Seeds Powder, Asofoetida and Salt.
  3. Mix all the Ingredients very well.
  4. Now add Yogurt and 3 tsp of oil.
  5. Again mix this.
  6. Now add water and make the regular Dough as we make for chapati.
  7. Rest it for 20 minutes.
  8. Apply 1/2 tsp oil on it.
  9. Knead the Dough.
  10. Now make the small Chapati and apply some oil on it, than fold it and again apply some oil on it and fold again.
  11. Now roll it towards the each angle.
  12. If you are unable to roll sprinkle some All purpose flour on it.
  13. Give the shape as given in the above photo.
  14. This should be four layered Paratha.
  15. Heat Griddle or Tava.
  16. Put the Paratha on hot Griddle.
  17. When it half cooked on both side apply 1/2 tsp butter on one side.
  18. Turn it and again apply 1/2 tsp butter on it.
  19. Cook it till you see the beautiful spot on it.
  20. Serve this new and interesting paratha with you favourite curry, Yogurt or Pickles.
