What is French Fries Curry?


French Fries Curry is an New Recipe Invented by Nikunj Vasoya, this recipes is the perfect combination of Punjabi Spices, Ingredients and French Fries.You should cook this recipe for Dinner.This is a pure vegan recipe.

Recipe For French Fries. 
Prep Time: 30 minutes.
Cooking Time: 20 minutes.
Cooking Level: Easy.
Serving: 4 to 5.


Ingredients/Spices or Seasonings.

  1. 200 Grams French Fries.
  2. 100 Grams Onion Puree.
  3. 1 Cup Tomato Puree.  
  4. 2 tsp Garlic and Ginger Paste.
  5. 2 tsp Sugar.
  6. 5 tsp Oil.
  7. 5 Cardamoms.
  8. 2 Chopped Green Chilies.( big Pieces)
  9. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder. 
  10. 1 tsp Red Chili Powder.
  11. 1 tsp Coriander Powder.
  12. 1 tsp Punjabi Garam Masala.
  13. Half Lemon.
  14. Some Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves for garnishing and.
  15. Salt to Taste.

How to Cook or Cooking Methods.

  1. Make the regular French Fries. 
  2. Make Onion Puree and Remove access water form it.
  3. Make Tomato Pure and add 1 tsp chili Powder.
  4. Heat Oil in a Pan.
  5. When oil get heated add the Cardamoms.
  6. After adding Cardamoms add the whole Red Chilies.
  7. Now add the Garlic and Ginger Paste and Stir Fry it for 20 to 30 Seconds.
  8. Add Green Chilies.
  9. Now add Turmeric Powder.
  10. Add Onion Puree.
  11. Mix this well and add Salt,Sugar,Chili Powder and Coriander Powder.
  12. Keep stirring it for 1 minute on a very high heat.
  13. Now Immediately add Tomato Puree.
  14. When Gravy became thick and consistence add French Fries.
  15. Add Few Lemon Drops.
  16. Garnish it with some Feshly Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  17. Serve this very New and Unique Recipe with the Bread of you Choice.
